Loyal Love.

“God’s Message: Don’t let the wise brag of their wisdom. Don’t let the heroes brag of their exploits. Don’t let the rich brag of their riches. If you brag, brag of this and this only: That you understand and know me. I’m God, and I act in loyal love. I do what’s right and set things right and fair, and delight in those who do the same things. These are my trademarks.” -Jeremiah 9:23-24

We don’t know God because we know scripture. We don’t know God because we think nature is pretty. We don’t know God because we attend any church. We know God, because we know God personally... He died to make it so. And because His Life in us, we will be able to see God in scripture and in nature and in this world. He doesn’t have to play by our rules - but He will always stay true to His: Loyal Love. We will know Him by His Trademarks.

“This new plan I’m making with Israel isn’t going to be written on paper, isn’t going to be chiseled in stone; this time I’m writing out the plan in them, carving it on the lining of their hearts. I will forever wipe the slate clean of their sins.” -Hebrews 10:16-17 (approx)

We will know Him with our whole heart. We will know Love personally, and He will separate us from all that is evil… from the inside outward He will “wipe the slate clean of our sins.” This is what Loyal Love does.
